On May 8, 2019 we prevailed on behalf of our client, GMT Logistics, Inc. by obtaining a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in the Court of Common Pleas of Auglaize County, Ohio. In that case, the plaintiff was seeking millions of dollars in damages for an traumatic brain injury, with the jury making a special finding that the plaintiff was not injured as a result of the accident.
