In the case of Hahn v. Jackson in the Miami County Common Pleas Court, we prevailed in a six day jury trial in which it was alleged that herbicide overspray from our client’s farm fields caused damage to the Christmas tree farm. The jury expressly found that there was no damage caused by our client.
This was a six day jury trial in which strict COVID-19 prevention measures were strictly followed.
