“When Ray asked me to write his will, he asked me for advice on how to benefit children seeking higher education. I had been on the Dollars for Scholars board some years back and I told him all about it. He told me to leave them his entire estate. I was very proud to have Ray as a friend and client. Dozens of students will be helped for years to come because of his generosity,” said James Utrecht of Troy, Snapp’s lawyer.
